Siddharth Chandra has conceptualized and created numerous healthcare devices before co-founding IPAT. As a child he grew up with autistic cousins and had first hand experience with the difficulties that come with autism. He has led IPAT in the hopes of making a difference for these children.
ANNA SERBENT
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Anna Serbent is both one of the innovators behind the VIBe wristband and one of the founders of the IPAT team. Anna’s earliest encounter with Autism Spectrum Disorder occurred when she was just a kid living in the suburbs of Texas. She recounts the days when her Autistic neighbor and friend would carry communication cards around in an attempt to blend in with the other children. Years later, a scientific article on the growing research and changing views sparked her interest once again. Working with several other students, she watched as their idea went from discussion to diagram to prototype.
TIGER LU
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
Tiger Lu is one of the founding members of IPAT, and was involved in the conceptualization of VIBe. He has been an advocate of the autistic community since he first learned of the disorder and works to alleviate their difficulties. Currently, he works on the technical aspects of VIBe, optimizing design and structure.
Russell Pecka
Chief Financial Officer
Russell Pecka, one of the founding members of IPAT, first saw autism in the child of his neighbors in New Jersey and has since been a supporter of the autistic community. In addition to building the five year business case, Russell actively participated in the technical development of the product. Currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Russell runs the books for IPAT.
Maximilian Wagner
Chief Marketing Officer
Maximilian Wagner, from the beginning, has had both a personal and global passion for the betterment of individuals burdened with various life-long obstacles. Being that he has become increasingly more aware of the looming issue of autism through both close friends and personal experience, the decision was almost inevitable. As a Cofounder of IPAT, Maximilian Wagner has taken part in researching, designing and testing the team’s ideas in an effort to transform his vision into a reality.
